We’re thinking of creating a new section for beginners on here with recommendations for materials to get you started in card magic. If we do so, we’re sure to include the Royal Road to Card Magic – one of the classic texts on the subject. We’ve just hear that this is currently on special offer at Trickshop.com – Royal Road for $3.95 – a real bargain especially with the strong pound!

I’ve had occasion to compare sample pages from both Trickshop.com and Lybrary.com (they were both kind enough to sen me samples pages).
As far as I am concerned, I prefer the layout and the fonts used in Lybrary.com’s version.

Thanks for that. I must confess I have not seen anything produced by lybrary.com yet, but I have been very pleased with the production of the Trickshop.com books, of which I have several.
