These are now available from a couple of dealers in the UK now, including World Magic Shop.
There’s a nice review of the rainbow deck at TalkMagic which is very positive about them. Includes 15 back designs in between 2 and 8 colours. Should make for some very pretty magic.
Probably goes without saying for most of you, but Randy Wakeman has a great book of routines for a Rainbow (all backs different) deck. I believe it is still available…
